The Wave Dura K1 paddle is apply named due to the remarkable strength this blade offers for its weight. It possess a modern design affording great grip and stability across the range of strokes a whitewater paddler may throw at it and across a variety of conditions.
The Dura posssess a slight concave surface with a little less bias towards the end of the blade like the Zenit offers. A great balanced blade that provides the user with a sure feel in the water.
Prepreg construction combined with metal tips adhered using a military/aerospace grade adhesive (curing temperature of over 150 degrees celcius) ensure the Wave paddle provide a world leading balance between weight, strength and durability.
